You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen and love getting your hands dirty

Flexible, hardworking, and eager to learn from some of the best in the biz

? THE BASICS:
/p
p
Grade 12 or equivalent
/p
p
Minimum 6 months formal chef's training
/p
p
At least 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef with a bakery focus
/p
p
Experience in a 4*/5* environment is a BIG plus!
/p
p
Physically fit and ready to work flexible hours, weekends & holidays
/p
p
? WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
/p
p
Prepping delicious dishes in line with hotel standards, costings, and portions
/p
p
Maintaining and caring for kitchen equipment
/p
p
Keeping your workspace spotless-strict hygiene and health & safety standards are a must
/p
p
Working closely with a passionate team, bringing creativity and consistency to the plate
/p
p
? PLEASE NOTE:

p
This is a live-out role-you must have your own accommodation in George or surrounds
/p
p
Must be ready and available for weekend, shift, and public holiday work
/p
p
