Commercial Vehicle Sales Administrator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all sales documentation for new and pre-owned commercial vehicles
  • Prepare sales agreements, quotations, and delivery documentation
  • Coordinate vehicle registrations, licensing, and finance applications
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and stock levels
  • Liaise with customers, dealerships, and finance institutions to ensure smooth transactions
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Monitor follow-ups on pending sales and ensure timely completion of processes
  • Ensure compliance with dealership procedures, legal requirements, and corporate policies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or dealership environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle sales processes, finance, and registration procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Valid driver's license
