Drive new business development and manage key customer relationships.
Negotiate contracts and terms with customers and suppliers to maximize profitability.
Provide technical support on feed additives, dosing systems, and installations.
Provide overall project management of the end-to-end process.
Coordinate imports and supply chain activities for on-time delivery.
Analyse markets, competitor products, and ROI to guide sales strategy.
Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Provide training to customers and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Food Science, Animal Nutrition, Engineering or related fields.
5+ years business development / commercial experience (preferably in animal feed / chemical industry).
Proven track record in business development.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally; flexibility for after-hours work.
