Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Sc. /B.Eng. / Ndip in Civil Engineering is essential
- 8+ years commercial management experience
- Must have expertise in the entire tender process
- Construction/Civil Engineering industry experience
- SACPMP/ECSA accredited, or eligibility to register, will be an advantage
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Must be based in KwaZuluNatal
- Tendering
- Problem-solving skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record on key outputs/disciplines
- Able to distil complex technical concepts into simple terms, with strong persuasion skills to gain support for principles, standards, and change
- Excellent relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration skills that enables the provision of effective support and guidance across projects
