Our client has an opportunity available for a Commercial Manager based in KwaZulu-Natal.

Requirements:

Matric
Degree in Commercial, Sales and Marketing, Chemical Engineering or Water Treatment.
10 to 15 years' experience in providing expert competence.
Technical and Commercial experience would be advantageous.
6 to 10+ years' experience in planning, managing and organizing resources within medium overall policy frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Business performance assessment and reporting.
Support the GM Water on principals' management
Ensure subordinates understand their sales targets and the strategy.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of water care solutions and products.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
Ensure the business executes the sales and services based on the agreements in place.
Assist the subordinates with the commercial and technical offering for the tenders and prepare the board resolution.
Coordinate and direct the tender bidding process for water treatment products and services.
Oversee the total sales of water care solutions and products to municipalities and commercial customers.
Review operational records and reports relative to the sales and identify growth opportunities.
Provide customer intelligence for principals and the technical team in providing suitable solutions to customer.
