Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
A reputable Legal Practice based in the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, is seeking the professional services of a
Commercial Attorney
withexperience in Tax and Company Law
.Requirements:
Minimum of
7 years' experience
as a practicing attorney Proven expertise inCommercial Law
, with a strong emphasis onTax Law and Company Law
LLB degree Postgraduate degree or diploma in Tax (preferred) Must be a member of theLegal Practice Council (LPC)
Fluent in EnglishDuties and Responsibilities:
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a range of commercial documents Attending meetings with clients and providing strategic legal advice Structuring and implementing effective commercial and corporate solutions Conducting in-depth legal research to stay current with changes in commercial and tax law
Skills and Competencies:
Strong drafting and negotiation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Leadership qualities and ability to work both independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

commensurate with skills and experience
