Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyse data, assess performance, provide insightful and valuable feedback that translates into wins for Flash, and aids in achieving its vision and goals.

Work closely with the Trader Division Management Team to manage the business unit based on financial and operational metrics.

Perform and administer commercial modelling.

Determine and advise on the commercial, and strategic viability of opportunities, products and projects.

Developing reports to monitor Trader Division performance and measure against financial forecasts.

Analysis of the operational and financial metrics of the division, with detailed recommendations and action plans

Drive and maintain Trader Division budget, forecasts and multi-year plans.

Develop strategic goals within the Trader division.

Assist in preparing and collating the monthly reporting packs.

Perform the role as the connection between the finance team and the operational side of the division.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified CA (SA)

5 -7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role

Advanced Excel and business modelling skills

Excellent communication skills at all stakeholder levels

Experience with Power BI advantageous
