Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 - Essential
- Diploma in logistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding and/or logistics
- Experience with Dry Cargo beneficial
- Working knowledge of G-Suite
- Read/Understand shipping freight and other charges
- Handle any and/or special pricing requests
- Inform customers and account managers about any new or changed prices and extra fees
- Prepare and update prices each month for current customers' quotes
- Share important industry news and updates with customers
- Make sure all customer contracts and prices are correct and active
- Discuss customer accounts and needs with internal team
