Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting scientific research and ensuring the highest standards of quality control within our laboratory environment. This position requires a strong understanding of laboratory practices, FDA regulations, and the ability to analyse data effectively.

Responsibilities

Conduct scientific research and experiments following established protocols and procedures. Perform quality control checks on laboratory samples and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards. Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Prepare samples for analysis, including proper labelling and documentation. Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures. Ensure that all laboratory activities adhere to FDA regulations and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes. Keep the laboratory environment clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

A degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience in a laboratory setting is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with quality control processes and FDA regulations is advantageous. Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or similar software. Paint Technology/ Color Matcher/ Degree in Chemistry Pigment dispersions Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Prior experience in a laboratory environment is desirable but not essential.
