Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential US-based clients from qualified lead lists. Deliver effective scripts and adjust messaging as needed for engagement. Handle objections with professionalism and persistence. Maintain detailed call logs, lead updates, and CRM entries. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments set. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience

(US/UK clients preferred). Fluent and confident in

spoken English

with a neutral or US-friendly accent. Ability to work

night shifts

aligned with US PST (8 PM to 5 AM Johannesburg time). Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software or spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in

B2B sales

, SaaS, real estate, or digital marketing services. Familiarity with tools like

HubSpot

,

Zoho

, or

Salesforce

.
