The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is for someone who can confidently answer incoming calls, build rapport, and convert leads into appointments or closed deals. You'll play a vital role in managing the full lifecycle of a customer inquiry--from the first ring to final follow-up.
Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from prospective and current customers
• Ask discovery questions to understand the customer's needs
• Qualify leads and enter them into the CRM accurately
• Schedule appointments, consultations, or estimates
• Conduct follow-up calls, texts, or emails as needed
• Handle objections and offer solutions confidently
• Keep organized records of conversations and next steps
• Collaborate with the sales or operations team to ensure seamless handoff or closing

• Proven experience as a cold caller, appointment setter, or similar sales/customer service role
• Strong phone presence and conversational skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good with follow-through
• Comfortable using CRMs and call logging tools
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Tech-savvy with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, CRM platforms, etc.
