Job Description
- Grade 12 and Certification as Driver Trainer (Assessor, Facilitator and / or Moderator)
- SETA / TETA Registered
- Knowledge of DriveRisk / DriveCam systems
- Experience and knowledge in Training Code 14 heavy duty drivers
- Train and evaluate all Code 14 heavy duty drivers
- Maintain records of training done
- Driving Tests for recruitment of new Code 14 heavy duty drivers
- Conduct driving performance evaluations
- Accident remedial training
- Classroom Training
- On Road On Job training
- Preparation of training schedules
- Providing input for the development of training material
- Coaching and mentoring
- Feedback to management on training / trainee performance
- Assisting with driver learnership recruitment
- Assisting with Driver of the Year competitions
- Salary: Market related with benefits
