Our client is a well established international company in the defense industry and is looking for a CNC operator and setter.
Job Title: CNC Operator and Setter
Location: Hennopspark, Centurion
Salary: R16 000 CTC per month
Vacancy Type: Full-Time
Non-Negotiable Qualifications and Experience Required:
Matric certificate or equivalent.
Experience with HAAS and FANUC systems.
Beneficial Requirements:
Technical qualification in machining/manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of CNC programming.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and set CNC machines (HAAS and FANUC).
Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality components.
Perform routine checks, measurements, and inspections on finished products.
Monitor tool wear and make adjustments where necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work according to production schedules and deadlines.
Report any machine or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
