You will be responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of Global, Regional, and Local procurement demands, identify and execute cluster and local consolidation opportunities, evaluate procurement initiatives, foster optimal regional team delivery, facilitate seamless two-way sharing of best practices between local entities and HQ to drive continuous improvement, implementation of relevant global and regional category strategies, KPIs, reporting templates, and communication protocols.
The incumbent will be reporting into the Regional Procurement Director.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree xe2x80x93 Finance/ Business/ Supply Chain/ Engineering
- 7 years managerial experience (ability to lead remote teams effectively)
- FMCG experience advantageous
