Job Description
The main function of this position is to act as the senior technical authority for our Google Cloud Security portfolio.
This includes designing secure cloud architectures, leading technical pre-sales engagements, and translating customer requirements into robust, scalable security solutions. This role is key to defining the technical strategy for solutions built on or integrating with the Google Cloud security stack (e.g., Google Security Operations/Chronicle, Mandiant, Security Command Center, BeyondCorp Enterprise, etc.).
This role will also be responsible for providing technical oversight and mentorship to other technical teams across the business.
Qualifications
First degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent. - Essential
Google Cloud Professional Security Engineer certification. - Essential
Industry acknowledged Certifications related to Cyber Security, CISSP, CISM, CCSP. - Essential
Google Cloud SecOps sales and technical credentials. - Essential
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification. - Desirable
Experience
5 -10 years' experience:
As a Cloud Security Architect, Security Consultant, or similar technical role
Demonstrable hands-on experience designing and implementing Google Cloud security solutions
