Clinic Operations Junior Supervisor

Job Description
We are a growing medical and aesthetics clinic with a strong reputation for results driven treatments and excellent patient care. We are looking for a hands -on junior overseer with potential to be promoted. You will over see operations on the medical and aesthetic side.
Key responsibilites
manage day to day operations of the clinic (front desk, therapist, medical support staff) create and manage staff rosters conduct daily walk in- though checks to ensure clealiness , readiness and smooth patient flow oversee stock management : weekly stock take , order requests, usage tracking Handle patient queries, complaints and escalations Drive sales performance , encourage upselling and ensure monthly targets are met complete end of day report and submit accurate month end reports i.e stock, staff performance ensure compliance with medical, legal, and brand standards
Requirements
3 years experience in linic /spa/ salon/ medical aesthetics operations proven leadership and people management skills strong admin and reporting skills Tech savvy warm porfessional and sales driven personality

Pay: From R10000,00 per month
