Job specification xe2x80x93 Driver and Clinic Assistant Port Elizabeth Clinic (2 xe2x80x93 4 day a week) Purpose of the job: To assist the Doctor to meet patientsxe2x80x99 needs and satisfaction whilst adhere to operational standards and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities: Driving Company vehicle to remote areas from East London. Apply SHEC principles and procedures in a workplace Comply with SHEC standards in your work environment Comply with requirements of the Operations Quality Management System Handle cash and banking Support Line Managers to achieve change requirements Check that the Doctor completes the patient file correctly Welcome new patients and take their details Make second and follow up appointments with the patient Maintain correct preparation of Patient files Conduct stock takes Train patients in injection techniques. File blood results in patient files. Sending of all documents to Head Office i.e. Day End Report and Ensure that Data Mover is running and contact IT to confirm Minimum qualifications and experience required: Matric and Certificate in Business Management/ Marketing Management will be an added advantage. Good Sales and customer service skills. At least 1 - 3 years experience in a related role Driversxe2x80x99 license is a must Race: Open Gender: Male Job Type: Part-time Salary: From R5,000.00 per month Expected hours: 36 per week Education:
