We're on the lookout for an experienced Trainer/Driver. Please take special note that this job requires the individual to be away from home 3-4 days per week. This is an on-the-road job with its home base in Gauteng with travel to the North West, Mpumalanga and surrounding regions. This function is a field training/professional driver role.
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitation of training sessions
- Effective implementation of the training
- Effective delivery of training
- Evaluation and measurement of effectiveness of training
- Effective Self-Management
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Diploma at NQF level 5
- 2-3 years experience in sales, training and field marketing.
- Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Time Management Skills
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Customer/Client Service Skills
