The Revenue Liaison Agent ensures effective interaction with local communities and key stakeholders on behalf of the client. The role provides recommendations for improvement to the Engagement Manager, Project Manager, and/or Associate Partner, while also supporting billing and administrative project tasks.
JOB PURPOSE
Provide information and educational support to the community and key stakeholders.
Deliver training to client employees and Revenue Consulting teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Project Key Accounts section by:
Conducting estimated account audits on SAP.
Cold calling identified accounts (Large Power Users: LPU) when required.
Coordinate the Community Outreach Program and support site teams as needed.
Liaise with Councillors when required.
Organize and monitor Community Outreach schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide verbal and written updates to management.
Complete all necessary administrative tasks efficiently.
Ensure optimal use of resources within the project.
Engage with the Engagement Manager monthly to ensure sectional reports are submitted for consolidation.
Facilitate internal, client, and subcontractor project billing and payments.
Suggest new templates and processes to improve project turnaround times.
Adhere fully to company values and methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Minimum: Matric Certificate
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred in:
Public Administration
Community Development
Communication / Marketing
Business Management
Experience
1-3+ years in:
Community mobilization or stakeholder engagement
Fieldwork or community-based projects
NGO, public sector, or donor-funded programs
WORKING CONDITIONS
Fixed-term, competency-based contract
Public engagements, overtime, travel, and other special conditions
May be required to work long hours at times and travel as needed
