Job Title: Hostess, Liaison Officer and Theatre Technician

We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented, fully engaged and motivated individual to join our team in a combined position as a Hostess, Liaison Officer, and Theatre Technician for a 3-month contract, with the potential for this position to become permanent.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of roles, including but not limited to hospitality wherein the candidate will be dealing with patients directly, administrative support, liaising with medical professionals and the public and technical assistance in theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
Theatre Technician, responsibilities including but not limited to,
o Operating and managing theatre equipment and disposables.
o Stock and equipment management.
o Theatre data capturing and management.
Liaison Officer, responsibilities including but not limited to,
o Liaising and interacting with medical professionals, health professionals, facilities and the public.
o Increase Health Collective and PAIN Collective awareness through education.
o Scheduling appointments.
o Nurturing relationships.
o Co-visits with PAIN Interventionalists and medical professionals.
o Event management.
o Petrol card and logbook management.
o Monthly reports.
Hostess, responsibilities including but not limited to
o Opening and closing of PAIN clinic facility.
o Prepare for the daily patient consultations and appointments.
o Patient Hospitality, serve beverages to guests and assist in creating a pleasant experience.
o Document management and patient flow.
o Administration.
o Housekeeping and stock take, maintain a pristine reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
o Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
o Represent Health Collective through the PAIN Collective with professionalism and dedication.
Requirements, including but not limited to
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail to deal with multi-tasking in various roles.
Strong administrative skills that could be performed at a high pace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Well-groomed and have a professional appearance.
Dressed in formal attire when facing the patients, public or medical/healthcare professionals.
Substantial and widespread traveling.
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting will be advantageous.
Valid Driver's license.
Applicants' own vehicle required for sole purpose of multiple trips required daily.
Availability to travel for training in Cape Town.

Salary:
Remuneration of R20,000.00 per month cost to company.
