Our client is a leading South African meat wholesaler supplying meat and other food products to sectors of the hotel, restaurant and hospitality industries. They are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join their Johannesburg team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
- Conducting business reviews to ensure client is satisfied with their products and services
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Letting customers know about other products the company offers
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
- Achieving client relationships targets and KPIs set by the Commercial Director
- Working closely with Sales Representatives
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Carrying out client satisfaction and surveys and reviews
- Updating management and ensuring sales representatives are aware of changes within clients
- Passing Leads to the sales team and following up on progress
- Matric
- Marketing related qualification (beneficial)
- 2 - 3 Years marketing experience within a FMCG environment
- Strong marketing skills
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers license + own transport (non-negotiable)
