In this role, you will perform product advisory services and / or technical support for internal associates and external clients on technical systems, applications, and / or architecture. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

The nature of your job is oriented around problem identification, application and system analysis utilising product knowledge, problem-solving skills and troubleshooting experience to resolve anomalous product issues. Every day will be challenging and interesting.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ON A TYPICAL DAY:

  • Evaluate and select solutions from established operating procedures and/or analytical methods to provide basic end-user support
  • Determine and resolve technical issues within SLA turnaround times
  • Apply technical methods to perform a variety of activities such as maintain client environments in Citrix
  • Build and maintain sustainable client relationships by understanding business strategy
  • Perform re-imaging and setup of laptops for new joiners and loan laptops in line with ADP guidelines
  • Perform end-user stock control to pre-empt the ordering of stock thereby avoiding business downtime
  • Handle client and associate access to ADP systems to maintain system integrity


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Qualifications:
  • A diploma / degree in related field

Experience:
  • 1 - 2 years payroll systems support / IT administrative role

  • Ability to work independently and provide solutions to the clients
  • Ability to influence clients and guide towards best solution to help resolve needs

Bonus points for these:
  • Experience in a Payroll Outsourcing environment will be advantageous
