Job Description
Client Relationship Manager in lending to to develop and manage client portfolio by meeting their debt capital requirements
We have an opportunity for a Lending Client Relationship Manager with one of our financial institutions.
Requirements:
- Must have a Degree or Diploma in Finance / Accounting or Project Management
- A postgraduate qualification is advantageous
- Must have 5-7 years experience in development finance / banking
- Experience in development finance, property finance or SMME finance
- Experience packaging transactions in the finance/property space
- Experience in funding businesses
