Join a leading financial services firm dedicated to excellence in client service and financial planning.
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team in North-West, Gauteng. You will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Planners, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless preparation, implementation, and review of financial plans.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Arrange and attend regular meetings to review financial plans and goals
Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions
Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Implement recommendations, liaise with admin teams, and process changes to client portfolios
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Client Relationship Manager
At least 3 years' experience in a financial planning environment
Excellent knowledge of financial services products and financial planning tools (e.g. Xplan, Assetmap)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced skills required), and electronic diary management
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently within defined processes
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Client Relationship Manager.
At least 3 years' experience in a financial planning environment.
Matric & any tertiary qualification
