Client Liaison Officer (manufacturing)

Job Description
What Youll Be Doing (Besides Being The Glue Between Clients And Operations):
- Receiving and processing client orders without missing a beat (or a batch)
- Using your MRP know-how to keep production on point
- Updating daily MSA like clockwork
- Ordering stock, creating pick slips and generating dispatch notes
- Ensuring no batch misalignment (because in manufacturing, timing is everything)
- Keeping communication between operations and clients as smooth as a perfectly tempered chocolate bar
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- 5+ years solid manufacturing industry experience (you know the cycle inside-out)
- Exceptional client liaison & communication skills (you speak both "client" and "operations" fluently)
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas and VLOOKUPs are your second language)
- Knowledge of SAP or Sage (essential)
