JOH Partners is hiring a Client Growth & Partnerships Executive to support the growth of our executive search practice and the development of client relationships across our assessment and succession planning solutions.
This is a hands-on client development role focused on generating qualified meetings with existing and new clients through highly personalised, research-led email outreach. This is not an automated email or marketing operations role. The focus is on thoughtful messaging, understanding client context, and building genuine conversations that lead to long-term relationships.
The role will start on a part-time basis, with a clear and direct pathway to full-time employment linked to performance and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage personalised email outreach to senior decision-makers
Research target organisations, leadership teams, and market context to inform messaging
Generate qualified meetings for executive search, assessment, and succession planning solutions
Contribute ideas to improve client engagement strategy and outreach effectiveness
Maintain structured records of outreach activity and results
Over time, participate in online meetings to support relationship development
Requirements
