Your Main Responsibilities


Manage and grow 5-7 client accounts, primarily within the DTC eCommerce space Build strong client relationships by anticipating their needs and offering practical advice Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and tech teammates to keep campaigns on track Perform audits in Klaviyo, ensure quality across assets, and translate metrics into clear, actionable insights Monitor performance data and generate reports that identify trends and improvement opportunities





What We're Looking For


Minimum 1 year of experience in account or project management (agency or e-commerce is a plus) Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written A self-starter who can manage their time and tasks independently Comfortable using tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace Able to overlap with EU hours (10 a.m.-2 p.m. CET or 3 p.m.-7 p.m. CET), with some flexibility for early U.S. calls

Have experience writing briefs, email content, or contributing to marketing strategy Can interpret data and explain it clearly to different types of stakeholders Have worked remotely before and know how to stay visible and aligned with your team
