We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help bring this mission to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Develop platform-specific strategies to grow engagement and reach Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely, brand-consistent manner Track and report on social media performance using insights and analytics

Content Development

Craft high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, social media copy, newsletters, landing pages, video briefs, and infographics Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to highlight patient success stories, health education, and service promotions Maintain a consistent tone and voice aligned with the Nurture Health brand

Website & SEO Management

Regularly update and maintain the Nurture Health website (WordPress or equivalent CMS) Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings Coordinate with technical teams and designers to enhance site usability and user experience Track website performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other SEO tools

Paid Digital Advertising

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn A/B test creative and ad copy to improve conversion rates Set campaign objectives and KPIs, monitor budgets, and report on ROI

Brand & Communications Support

Contribute to ongoing brand development and ensure visual and verbal consistency across all digital platforms Assist in executing recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies Support internal communications and change management campaigns with engaging content and visuals Write and design communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders

Data-Driven Decision Making

Use digital performance tools (GA4, Meta Insights, HubSpot, etc.) to track KPIs Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders with actionable recommendations Adapt strategies based on insights to improve engagement and performance

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



Education & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries Proven track record of growing social media communities and optimizing digital content Experience managing paid campaigns and reporting on performance metrics

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Joomla) Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Yoast SEO) Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics (including GA4), and Meta Ads Manager Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing experience is an advantage
