What You'll Do:
Manage and grow 5-7 client accounts (mostly DTC eCommerce) from kick-off to strategy reviews
Act as the client's trusted partner--anticipate needs, answer questions, and provide actionable insights
Coordinate effectively with copywriters, designers, and technical specialists to ensure smooth project delivery
Audit Klaviyo campaigns, quality-check all assets, and translate data into clear recommendations
Track performance metrics and create reports that highlight key opportunities
Who You Are:
1+ years' experience managing clients or projects (agency or eCommerce experience a strong plus)
Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated--you don't need micromanagement
Comfortable learning and working with tools such as Klaviyo, Slack, Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace
Available to work core hours between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. CET or 3 p.m.-7 p.m. CET, with some flexibility for occasional U.S. (PST) morning calls
Nice-To-Haves:
Experience writing copy, building creative briefs, or shaping email marketing strategies
You're comfortable interpreting performance data and presenting it clearly to technical and non-technical teammates
Have prior experience working remotely and staying organized, proactive, and visible
