Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and Resolve Technical Queries and Complex Claims Lead, mentor, and support a team of claims professionals Monitor and improve claims processes to ensure efficiency and compliance Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Underwriting and Distribution) to resolve complex cases Quality Control and Compliance
Skill sets required:
Matric NQF Level 4 - Full qualification (short-term insurance) as set by regulation Regulatory Examination Level 5 successfully completed Minimum of 5-7 years in claims handling, with expertise in technical aspects of Personal and Commercial claims management. DOFA confirmation from FSB Experience in Recovery and Liability claims processing will be an advantage. Strong ethical standards Technical Expertise Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Good verbal and written communication skills Mentorship and Leadership Results & detailed orientated
