Claims Handler
Job Description
We are a plumbing company based in Brackenfell and we mainly do work for insurance companies. We are currently looking to employ 1x claims handler to assist with:
- the loading of new claims
- managing current claims
- provide feedback to insurance companies.
- Updating of insurance websites.
- Making bookings and booking the plumbers out.
- Working hours 07:30 - 17:00
- Standby and weekend work as per the standby roster. (We pay a standby allowance for the week you work standby)
- Must have knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be professional, neat and organised
- Must stay close to the Brackenfell area
