Our Client in the private frailcare industry is seeking a competent Chief Professional Nurse to join their team in Delmas, Mpumalanga. Requirements:

Duties:

Render nursing care within the framework of the scope of practice: Regulation 2598 of the Nursing Act, No. 50 of 1978
Take charge of the nursing department of the home
Financial management within the nursing department, with effective use of equipment and resources
Management of staff
Plan and co- ordinate work procedures
Control through functional management
