Leading the 9-man strong financial management team of this organisation requires someone who is highly proficient technically in terms of financial modelling, financial reporting, risk management & corporate finance. Dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders, who are themselves astute financial professionals, also requires someone with the ability to analyse and interpret data in a manner which displays initiative and foresight. It also means that only those with the most effective communication skills, both written and verbal, will have the gravitas necessary to form part of the strategic leadership of this high-profile organisation. Consolidating 45+ entities, the financial department will rely on your leadership in skills development, treasury management and audit processes, whilst the greater team will leverage your abilities to maintain procurement & governance policies which comply with investment objectives.
We are seeking a CASA with a minimum of 10 years' post qualified experience, at least 6 of which were in a senior management position. Whilst real estate experience is preferred, experience in any investment environment will also be considered.
