Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for driving the organization's financial strategy, overseeing shared services functions (Finance, HR, IT, Legal), ensuring accurate reporting, optimising margins, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and supporting key strategic projects.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant registered with SAICA.
- Minimum 5-7 years' director-level experience in a large organization (
- Solid management accounting and control experience.
- Proficient in financial management software (Syspro).
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Good communication skills xe2x80x93 verbal & written.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Leadership.
- High attention to detail.
- Skilled at multitasking.
