• The CEO will be responsible for formulating and executing high-quality business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency,

financial viability, and growth. * Leading a high-performing team, overseeing all business activities, developing new and existing client relationships, managing financial and operational reports, and maintaining legal and ethical standards.

• The role demands a proven track record in senior management, with at least 10 years of experience, and strong capabilities in strategic planning, financial acumen, and communication. Digital literacy is required, with the ability to understand the digital landscape.
• This role is pivotal for driving the company's mission in scarce & critical skills learnerships and upskilling programs, requiring a dynamic leader focused on innovation and quality service delivery.

What do you need:

• Bachelors Degree required, further study advantageous
• Proven management, leadership or business lead experience
• 10 years in senior managerial position
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision and mission
• Strong grasp of operating financial prudence and decision making
• Strong understanding of performance management principles
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finances, HR
• In-depth knowledge of company governance and general management best practices
• Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Tech industry experience advantageous
• Advertising agency experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
