- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in the chemical or industrial sector
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Strong understanding of chemical applications across sectors such as water treatment, agriculture, mining, food production, adhesives, coatings, or manufacturing
- Able to advise on chemical compatibility, performance characteristics, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to maintain and grow key accounts while hunting for new business
- Comfortable with B2B selling cycles, product trials, and technical solution selling
- Skilled in CRM use, reporting, and managing client relationships long-term
