I'm building a talent pipeline of South Africaxe2x80x99s top HVAC sales specialists for premium opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC sales (commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential)
- Technical understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and willingness to travel for client visits or site inspections
- Ability to consult with engineers, architects, and contractors on HVAC system design and specification
- Strong product knowledgexe2x80x94chillers, VRF systems, air handling units, ducted and ductless systems
- Confident presenting energy-efficient or green HVAC solutions to high-level clients
- Skilled in managing long lead-time sales cycles for capital equipment or project-based installs
- CRM system proficiency and ability to manage sales pipelines independently
- An existing network in property development, facilities management, or MEP consultancy (advantageous)
