Job Summary This premium wine estate in Paarl offers modern and contemporary lunch time cuisine and formal intimate evening fine dining dinners. The main kitchen also produces tailor made dinners for 3 Private Villa's on the Wine Estate served by the Butlers and Housemen. ProStaffSelect are in search of highly creative, responsible and passionate young HOT & COLD SECTION Chef de Parties to take on immediate duties on this small team of 16 chefs. We are in search of reliable & committed young chefs who demonstrate an energy and enthusiasm for the culinary arts. A positive work attitude, commitment and good organisational skills. Previous work experience within top FINE DINING establishments is preferred.
