Job Summary This new luxury fine dining 60 seater restaurant set high on the hill within a very affluent suburb of Durbanville offers trend setting cuisine matched with award winning wines. The menu includes a choice of either 3 or 7 courses paired with wines, the food style has a distinct overseas flair with intricate plating components, beautifully styled and eclectic flavours. We are in search of highly passionate young chefs who show true initiative in following a career in the culinary arts. Essential Criteria: Recognised 1 or 2 years FULL-TIME Cheffing Qualification. Minimum 3 year experience within a strict a la carte fine dining team. Ability to engineer and create weekly changing 3 course meals. Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to HOST guests at the open island cooking station Must be PASSIONATE about food, know your basics, display a positive attitude and truely excited about your cheffing career and goals.
