Highly organized, calm under pressure, and committed to continuous improvements Champion a farm-to-table program, strong relationships with local suppliers and farms. Source the best seasonal ingredients by visiting local produce and fish markets at least twice weekly. Incorporate modern techniques, sustainability practices, and evolving culinary trends (one bedroomed apartment or AED 4 000 allowance + yearly ticket allowance)
