Charity Shop Co Ordinator
Job Description
Oversee 10 charity shops belonging to the East Rand Palliative Care organisation in the Ekurhuleni region and supervise and support the shop managers employed in those shops.
Monitor turnover and profit and ensure all shops reach their targets monthly.
Ensure all the shops are well stocked, neat , tidy and goods well displayed.
Institute financial controls i.e. ensure shops complete their daily/weekly/monthly balance sheets.
Monitor and evaluate performance of all shop managers. Visit each shop in person regularly as well as telephone contact and Whatsapp group contact.
Handle all donations of goods made in person to the central depot and/or arrange collection of donations from the public.
Supervise staff working in the donation depot in Benoni as well as the driver.
Requirements:
Proven experience and track record in retail/sales Proven experience in financial controls Track record in management of staff Own vehicle and valid driver's licence - to be used for company business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R11000,00 - R12000,00 per month
