Minimum skills, knowledge, experience required:

Grade 12

Grade 12 Diploma in Business Management 5 years retail experience with at least 3 years in a similar role. Ability to understand financial data and PNL. Experience managing client accounts. Experience managing large teams. MS office (Advanced in excel) and BI Platforms

Summary of Position

Operations management Staff and Merchandisers management Health and safety management Key account management Transfer of learning Ad hoc meetings to meet client KPI'S /expectation Meeting in the trade daily and oversee trade visit preparation. Excellent operational and sales acumen Being in the trade to assist reps - transfer of learning Customer returns management
