Reporting to the Channels Team Lead, we are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Channels Associate to augment our online presence and streamline our listing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining our property listings across various platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met. This role will also involve effective communication with internal teams that rely on the Channels team's output. Harnessing their sharp IT skills, particularly in spreadsheet management, and a proven capacity for relationship building, the Channels Associate will play a key role in fortifying our position in the market and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Listings Management

  • Take charge of the creation and maintenance of our listings on third-party platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. Your role is critical to ensuring our online presence is up-to-date, accurate, and professional.
Quality Assurance
  • Uphold the highest quality standards for all listings, keeping yourself and your colleagues accountable. You'll play a crucial part in guaranteeing the best possible experience for our clients.
Internal Communications
  • Facilitate efficient communication between the Channels team and other internal departments. Your proactive communication skills will help ensure all teams are aligned and informed.
Requirements

Technical Skills
  • Possess solid IT skills, with a particular focus on spreadsheet management (Excel). Your ability to work with technology will be key to managing and analyzing our data.
Attention to Detail
  • Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and meticulous attention to detail. Your diligence will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our listings.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your capacity to analyze situations and solve issues will drive our teamxe2x80x99s success.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Your ability to interact and communicate will be fundamental in liaising with both internal teams and external providers.
Relationship Management
  • Proven capacity to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and third-party providers. Your knack for relationship building will help us strengthen our network and collaborations.
Organisational Skills
  • Strong organisational skills, combined with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple priorities, are required. Your ability to stay organized while handling various tasks will contribute to our team's efficiency.
