Responsible for cleaning and sterilizing tanks and all cellar equipment and to pump and rack wine.Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in all facets operations in the cellar
- Blending of product
- Offloading and loading of delivery vehicles
- Make use of only clean bottles with new sealed capsules.
- Addition of chemicals and fining agents to wine or juice
- Reponsible for housekeeping in the cellar
- To perform at any time any required function.
- Matric
- 2-3 years in a cellar environment
- Must be able to adapt to the cellar environment
