Creating and maintaining a positive public image for MPLs through newsletters, public appearances and an online presence
Identifying issues that affect voters and designing campaigns for MPLs to implement, to address these issues
Implementing methods of communicating with voters with a view of establishing a permanent presence in identified areas, and developing relationships of trust with new voters
Effectively coordinating, guiding and managing political events in identified areas, and ensuring that they are operationally executed
Providing effective administrative support to MPLs

Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Experience in events or project coordination
Experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Afrikaans or isiXhosa, in addition to English
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle for daily business use
