Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day catering operations and meal production.
  • Manage budgets, costing, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and mentor catering teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
  • Plan and execute operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Requirements:
  • NQF6 qualification in Culinary, Project Management, or related field (essential).
  • Minimum 8 years managerial experience (advantageous).
  • Strong food, administrative, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent client relations and team leadership abilities.
  • Own transport and a valid driver's licence required.
