Oversee day-to-day catering operations and meal production.
Manage budgets, costing, and financial reporting.
Lead and mentor catering teams to achieve operational excellence.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Plan and execute operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Requirements:
NQF6 qualification in Culinary, Project Management, or related field (essential).
Minimum 8 years managerial experience (advantageous).
Strong food, administrative, and financial management skills.
Excellent client relations and team leadership abilities.
Own transport and a valid driver's licence required.
