Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of allocated sites.
Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams to achieve operational excellence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Plan and implement operational projects and process improvements.
Report on performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Tertiary Culinary or Project Management
Minimum 8 years managerial experience (advantageous).
Strong food, administration and financial management
Excellent client relations and team leadership
Own transport and a valid driver's licence
