Catering Project/operations Manager

Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily catering operations and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of allocated sites.
  • Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Plan and implement operational projects and process improvements.
  • Report on performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Culinary or Project Management
  • Minimum 8 years managerial experience (advantageous).
  • Strong food, administration and financial management
  • Excellent client relations and team leadership
  • Own transport and a valid driver's licence
