Collecting toll fees from customers and providing change.
Informing motorists of accidents on the road ahead.
Reporting customers who fail to pay their toll fee.
Cashing up the register at the end of the shift.
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Grade 11
Experience
1 years proven work experience
Attentiveness and patience for customers

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
