Job Description
Assistance with daily activities: Helping with dressing, grooming, and bathing as needed.
Meal preparation: assist with feeding when necessary.
Medication management: Ensuring medications are taken on time (with guidance from family or medical professionals).
Companionship: Providing social and emotional support, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities to keep the individual mentally stimulated.
Housekeeping: Light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment.
Monitoring health: Observing the elderly persons health and well-being, reporting any changes to the medical professionals.
