Canteen Manager
Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience in a managerial role.
- Be well presented and able to communicate well with both customers and staff.
- A problem solver - must be able to resolve customer complaints and staff issues.
- Able to assist with the day to day running of a restaurant e.g., stock control, etc.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A team player and leader.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff.
Recruits need to have a clear criminal record and be in a position to pass a site specific medical examination as these checks have to be complied with.
